Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information, property access, project requirements, preferred timelines, site conditions, approval decisions, payment information, and any documents needed for project planning or service completion.
- Delays in providing required information, access, approvals, or payments may affect project timelines.
- Clients should avoid interfering with active work areas and should follow any safety instructions provided during project activity.
Project Scope, Estimates, and Pricing
Each project is based on an approved estimate, invoice, proposal, written agreement, service description, or project scope. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, updated timelines, or a written change order. Project estimates are based on information available at the time of review. Final costs may vary due to site conditions, material costs, change orders, client-requested changes, vendor pricing, labor needs, permits, inspections, or unforeseen conditions.
Payments and Service Delivery
Clients agree to pay all approved charges according to the terms listed on the estimate, invoice, proposal, agreement, or payment page. Services are delivered through approved project scopes, scheduled site work, procurement coordination, vendor communication, progress updates, written estimates, project documentation, completion milestones, and agreed construction timelines.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed because construction projects may require planning time, scheduling, materials purchasing, vendor coordination, equipment preparation, site visits, permits, inspections, subcontractor coordination, and project-specific expenses.

- No construction planning, site preparation, procurement, scheduling, vendor coordination, labor, consultation, or project setup has been performed.
- No materials, tools, equipment, permits, inspections, subcontractor costs, vendor expenses, delivery fees, or project-specific purchases have been incurred.
Non-Refundable Items
Completed services, work already performed, labor already scheduled or completed, site visits, planning time, materials purchased, custom or special-order materials, permits, inspection fees, vendor or subcontractor expenses, equipment rentals, delivery costs, project setup costs, and any completed construction work according to the approved scope are generally non-refundable.
